Oscar is a reliable defender that can play tall or small for the Saints. Injuries have impacted the start of his career but he still will look to be a key part of the Saints future.
Oscar grew up South of Melbourne playing his junior footy for Berwick FC before moving to APS school Haileybury College. A growth spirt throughout his teenage years saw Oscar play as a key defender where he found his predominate position.
Oscar was picked up by the Saints at pick 35 in the 2017 NAB National Draft. He was the key post for Vic Country in the NAB AFL Under 18 Championships and is best suited to an intercept and rebounding role in defence.
