Nathan is a leg spin bowler, outstanding fielder and capable batsman who impressed immediately on his debut for Middlesex in the 2015 T20 Blast. He attracted attention with two wickets for two runs with the first four balls of his career and has since delved into a vital component of Middlesex’s Twenty20 attack. He made his first-class debut for Middlesex in the 2017 Championship and continues to develop as a red ball bowler. A dual passport holder, prior to joining Middlesex Nathan represented New South Wales at Under-23 level.
Nathan is currently undertaking level 2 coaching and often gets involved with the mini lords at KidZania encouraging young kids who have an interest in the game. He’s also been proactive in raising money for the Lords Taveners, last year gaining donations by the amount of wickets he took throughout the season.
As an avid sports fan, off the field Nathan is constantly juggling time zones to watch his favourite team the Penrith Panthers in the NRL. He also supports Newcastle United and keeps up with the tennis, having gone to the Nitto ATP finals on a couple of occasions.
When he does get time off Nathan and his girlfriend Amy are always keen to get away and explore a new country, culture and try the local food! Nathan is also fascinated by terrariums and has made some himself of varying sizes which he cares for.
Being Australia born and raised, Nathan tries to get back home when he can to visit his friends and family.
